Gattaca. I figure I might as well post a bunch of the movies I’ve been watching. I got around to watching it at last because of rekindled interest in sci-fi after reading Ender’s Game, and because Ethan Hawke.

I don’t know what I was expecting. I think it’s interesting and I suppose ultimately freeing that a movie doesn’t have to do and be everything.

I liked the relationship with the brothers. There were some tense moments.

The relationship between Hawke and Law was nice. Good movie to have watched, nice shorthand.

I thought the romance wasn’t that great, but that’s on the back of the Before Sunrise trilogy and Boyhood.

Some clever imagery – the spiral staircase, etc.
