1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?<\/b>
\nI traveled overseas with my friends! It was only a chartered tour to Genting, but it was crazy fun and I can’t wait to do more things like that.<\/p>\n
2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions and will you make more for next year?<\/b>
\nI think my ’09 resolution was to grow up. While I’m not that much more responsible, I’m certainly a lot less immature. So that sort of works.<\/p>\n
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?<\/b>
\nNot that I can think of; most of the babies I know were ’07 or ’08 babies. One of my sister’s friends gave birth to a beautiful baby girl!<\/p>\n
4. Did anyone close to you die?<\/b>
\nNone of my close friends or family, nope.<\/p>\n
5. What countries did you visit?<\/b>
\nGenting, Malaysia<\/p>\n
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?<\/b>
\nMoney. I have been so ridiculously broke and in debt, and I have done little to remedy the situation. It’s pathetic.<\/p>\n
7. What exact date(s) from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?<\/b>
\nThis is a cruel, cruel question because I am absolutely terrible with exact dates. I depend on the girlfriend for that. =\\<\/p>\n
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?<\/b>
\nCompleting my ‘A’ levels, I guess. That’s kind of sad.<\/p>\n
9. What was your biggest failure?<\/b>
\nStill in debt. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?<\/b>
\nI get sick quite often, I got really terribly sick in the middle of my Prelims; which in turn seemed to be related to a bad fall I had while crowdsurfing during Anberlin’s set at Baybeats. I fell on my back and bruised my rib badly, which is known to make one more susceptible to pneumonia- which is what I think I got. <\/p>\n
11. What was the best thing you bought?<\/b>
\nMr. Big tickets!<\/p>\n
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?<\/b>
\nTwo of my most cold-hearted, “emotions are for pansies” sort of friends broke down and cried in front of each other once. It was… nice. Hahaha.<\/p>\n
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?<\/b>
\nI try never to let anybody get me down, not even myself. That said, a close friend of mine really disappointed me with his selfish attitude this year, but I think I forgive him. We all venture into Stupidsville sometimes.<\/p>\n
14. Where did most of your money go?<\/b>
\nCigarettes? Food? I don’t have a lot of money to begin with =\\<\/p>\n
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?<\/b>
\nMr. Big? The end of A Levels<\/p>\n

\nUh, what did we do again? Oh yeah, ate dinner at Damien’s and then hung out at the void deck like we pretty much always do.<\/p>\n

\nNone. I’m actually very shy.<\/p>\n

\nTo hate is to waste time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere. I choose indifference. And I’m rarely indifferent. <\/p>\n

\nThe Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. Awesome, awesome book. What a life. Amazing.<\/p>\n

\nI don’t know. What makes you think I’m sane? \ud83d\ude1b Honestly though it would be my close circle of friends outside of school. School would have been unbearable without them.<\/p>\n

\nI enjoyed discovering Robert Downey Jr for his awesome ENTP-ness and Megan Fox for that body and presence!<\/p>\n
36. What political issue stirred you the most?<\/b>
\nI was disgusted at how pathetically Copenhagen went. I also find it sad that there is so much resistance to healthcare reform in the US.<\/p>\n

\nI really, really miss Armchair Critic.<\/p>\n
38. Who was the best new person you met?<\/b>
\nI think this is the year that I really started hanging out with Damien on a regular basis and it’s been pretty awesome. I mean I knew him all along, but it’s been good to get closer.<\/p>\n
