DAMN I’m sick. Been having a bad throat and cough and phlegm the past few days, and just when I thought it was about to go away, I get struck down with a massive 40.3 degree fever, the day before a gig.<\/p>\n
Was hoping to have fun at the Christmas party at Snakeweed but was having such a bad headache I slept for like an hour or two then went home. I wonder what everybody thought of me. Haha. I think Syed thought I was wasted. I suppose I was, in a sense, though I didn’t drink.<\/p>\n
Been sponge-ing myself with ice cold water all day. It’s terrifying how fast the cloth gets warm again.<\/p>\n
On top of that, it turns out that my bag of pedals (worth about $600+) is missing or stolen, so I’m back to basics with my bass going straight into the amp. Which is okay I guess, but sad cause now I got to save up all over again.<\/p>\n
