The soil says, \u201cDon\u2019t bring me your need.\u00a0 Bring me your seed.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Unless you change how you are, you will always have what you\u2019ve got.<\/p>\n

Without a sense of urgency, desire loses its value.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Good people are found, not changed. Recently, I read a headline that said, \u2018We don\u2019t teach out people to be nice. We simply hire nice people\u2019. Wow! What a clever shortcut.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Life responds to deserve and not to need.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t say, \u201cIf you need, you will reap.\u201d\u00a0 It says, \u201cIf you plant, you will reap.\u201d\u00a0 The guy says, \u201cI really need to reap.\u201d\u00a0 Then you really need to plant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

You must get good at one of two things:\u00a0 planting in the spring or begging in the fall.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Success is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted by the person we become.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

At the end of the day you whould play back the tapes of your performance.\u00a0 The results should either applaud you or prod you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The greatest form of maturity is at harvest time.\u00a0 That is when we must learn how to reap without complaint if the amounts are small and how to reap without apology if the amounts are big.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We must be careful not to let our current appetites steal away any chance we might have for a future feast.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We all have two choices:\u00a0 We can make a living or we can design a life.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Learn how to be happy with what you have while you pursue all that you want.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Beware those who seek to take care of you, lest your caretakers become your jailers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

My father taught me always to do more than you get paid for as an investment in your future.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A good customer well taken care of could be more valuable that $10,000 worth of advertising.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t bring your need to the marketplace, bring your skill.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t feel well, tell your doctor but not the marketplace.\u00a0 If you need money, go to your band but not the marketplace.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Asking is the beginning of receiving.\u00a0 Make sure you don\u2019t go to the ocean with a teaspoon.\u00a0 At least take a bucket so the kids won\u2019t laugh at you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you are not willing to rist the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Success is neither magical nor mysterious.\u00a0 Succcess is the natural consequence of consistently applying basic fundamentals.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t wish it were easier; wish you were better.\u00a0 Don\u2019t wish for less problems; wish for more skills.\u00a0 Don\u2019t wish for less challenges; wish for more wisdom.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Learn to hide your need and show your skill.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day, while failure is simply a few errors in judgment, repeated every day.\u00a0 It is the accumulative weight of our disciplines and our judgments that leads us to either fortune or failure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It is our philosophical set of the sail that determines the course of our lives.\u00a0 To change our current direction, we have to change our philosophy, not our circumstances.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I used to say \u2018I sure hope things will change.\u2019\u00a0 Then I learned tha the only way things are going to change for me is when I change.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you don\u2019t like where you are, change it!\u00a0 You\u2019re not a tree.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Humility is a virtue; timidity is an illness.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t join an easy crowd.\u00a0 You won\u2019t grow.\u00a0 go where the expectations and the demands to perform are high.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There are two parts to influence.\u00a0 First, influence is powerful.\u00a0 And second, it is subtle.\u00a0 You wouldn\u2019t let someone push you off course, but you might let someone nudge you off course and not even realize it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

You must constantly ask yourself these questions:\u00a0 Who am I around?\u00a0 What are they doing to me?\u00a0 What have they got me reading?\u00a0 What have they got me saying?\u00a0 Where do the have me going?\u00a0 What do they have me thinking?\u00a0 And, most important, what do they have me becoming?\u00a0 Then ask yourself the big question:\u00a0 Is that okay?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Let the views of others educate and inform you, but let your decisions be a product of your own conclusions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For effective communication, use brevity.\u00a0 Jesus said, \u201cFollow me\u201d\u00a0 Now, that\u2019s brief!\u00a0 He could be brief because of all that he was that he didn\u2019t have to say.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Your family and your love must be cultivated like a garden.\u00a0 Time effort, and imagination must be summoned constantly to keep it flourishing and growing.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

You cannot succeed by yourself.\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to find a rich hermit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
