3 \u2013 Emotional regulation \u2013 consistent with your goals and welfare. Emotions = motivation. No emotional regulation, motivations get scrambled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4 \u2013 Self-motivation. You cannot work or persist in an environment without immediate, consequential feedback. Video game -> consequences, feedback. Homework \u2013 delayed consequences, no consequences. Work does not get done. Internal neurogenetic failure \u2013 can\u2019t self-motivate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
