At the top of that list is “how to sleep early”. So this me writing that post.
Now, for starters. I have not slept early in years. It’s 1:19am as I write this, and if I get my ass in bed before 2am, that would be unusually early for me.
I’m going to try and accomplish that. So I’m going to have to cut this post short and write as quickly as I can. I’m yawning. That’s a good sign. I hope. I’ll keep updating this every day, maybe. I’ve been fasting fairly regularly and that’s been working out pretty well.
